By accessing or using Bsupp("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Bsupp is a guided Bible learning platform that provides structured, chapter-by-chapter Bible study through reading, reflection, quizzes, and progress tracking. We offer both a free tier and a premium subscription.
3. Eligibility
To use Bsupp, you must:

- If you are under 18, have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
- Not have a previously terminated Bsupp account due to a violation of these Terms.
4. User Accounts
4.1 Account Creation
You must create an account to access most features of the Service. Account creation is handled through our authentication provider, Clerk. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
4.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at teambsupp@gmail.com.
4.3 Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or Bsupp staff.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on Bsupp — including lesson content, quiz questions, mascot artwork, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Bsupp and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
Bible text used within the Service is sourced from translations that are in the public domain or used under applicable licenses.
7. Free Access
Bsupp is currently free to use. All features, books, chapters, and quizzes are available to registered users at no cost. We will notify users in advance if paid features are introduced in the future.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Bsupp does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bsupp and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.
